Windy With A Chance of Umbrellas
Today was way wet and windy. Perfect conditions for umbrellas to be used, broken and then thrown around the city. A quick tour of Market Street East of City Hall turned up over 12 discarded umbrellas. Perfect for Natural Disaster props.
